摘要
针对流程工业过程中能源流、物流和信息流之间的强耦合性,以及连续与离散并存的混杂特性,基于混杂、受控和着色Petri网的扩展,提出了构件化混杂Petri网方法。该方法以面向对象的思想,提供能源流、物流和信息流的精确描述,并通过构件化封装理念支持多层次的可重构建模方式。详述了方法的建模框架以及基本语义,以氯产品生产过程为应用案例,说明了方法的实际应用,并运用Dymola工具验证了方法的仿真效果。
To study the strong coupling among energy flow,material flow and information flow,as well as the hybrid nature of continuous and discrete coexist in the process industry,a methodology called Component based Hybrid Petri net(CpnHPN) was proposed based on the extension of hybrid,controlled and colored Petri net.With object-oriented as ideas and provided the precise description of energy flow,material flow and information flow,CpnHPN supported a multi-level reconfigurable modeling method by adopting the component-based principles.The modeling architecture and semantic specification of CpnHPN were described in detail.The process for chlorine production was taken as an example to reveal the practical value of the proposed approach,and the corresponding simulation result was provided by Dymola software.
