摘要
近年来在教育实践中,一些幼儿园,特别是民办园将家长满意度作为幼儿园教育质量评价最主要的依据。这与国家对幼儿教育财政投入不足、质量监管不力所导致的一些幼儿园异化为营利性机构有关。由于家长一方面缺少有关幼儿身心发展规律与特点的系统科学知识,缺少良好的社会氛围支持,无法把握幼儿发展的真正需要,另一方面受制于幼儿园有限的开放时间与活动,不可能获知有关幼儿园教育过程的全面信息,他们对幼儿园教育质量的评价不可能全面、准确、客观,甚至是不科学、不合理的。将家长满意度作为幼儿园教育质量评价最主要的依据,由此易使幼儿园教育价值发生偏离和错位。幼儿园举办者应正确看待家长参与幼儿园教育质量评价的有限权力,政府应加强质量评估和监管,园长和教师应坚守职业良心,家长应自觉提升教育素养。只有通过多方共同努力,帮助家长形成正确的儿童观和科学的教育观,才能促使家长正确行使教育评价的权利,同时尊重其他利益相关者,特别是幼儿参与幼儿园教育质量评价的地位、作用与权利。
In recent years, parents ' satisfaction has become the most main basis of kindergarten education quality evaluation because of the insufficient state financial investment and the poor quality supervision on the kindergarten. In fact, the parents don't have the ability to evaluate the kindergarten deucation quality correctly because they generally can not understand the children's needs and get the full information about the kindergarten education. Focus on parents 'satisfaction too much would cause the kindergarten education value deviated and dislocated. We should correctly view the parents' limited power in kindergarten education quality evaluation, and the government should strengthen the financial investment and quality supervision, the kindergarten and teachers should stick to professional conscience, and the parents should consciously improve their education quality assessment ability.
