颈动脉狭窄支架术后早期接受冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的麻醉处理

摘要
冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）患者合并颈动脉狭窄的发生率是3％～22％，颈动脉狭窄是造成围术期脑卒中和死亡的重要原因之一[1]，目前尚没有统一的治疗标准。研究表明，颈动脉支架（CAS）术后行CABG可安全有效地治疗颈动脉狭窄，以防治CABG后的脑损伤[2-4]。本院对无症状颈动脉狭窄合并冠心病的患者行CAS术后早期实施CABG，在围术期的麻醉管理以及抗凝药的给药方案方面取得了一定经验，现总结如下。
