N-(4-羟基苯基)马来酰亚胺的合成及其光谱分析

摘要 利用对氨基酚和马来酸酐反应制取N-(4-羟基苯基)马来酰亚胺(HPM),并采用红外光谱及核磁光谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了HPM在甲醇、四氢呋喃及二氯甲烷3种溶剂中的紫外光谱。结果发现,在这3种溶剂中,HPM在210~250 nm范围内的吸收峰对溶剂极性及溶液浓度敏感;而275 nm左右的吸收峰在各种极性不同溶剂中位置变化不明显,对溶液浓度也不敏感。因此HPM在275 nm吸收峰可用于HPM的定量分析,而210~250 nm范围内的吸收峰可用于研究HPM与其它分子的相互作用。 N-(4-Hydroxyphenyl) maleimide(HPM) was prepared and its structure was characterized by IR and NMR. The ultraviolet spectra of HPM solutions in three different solvents (methanol, tetrahydrofuran, dichloromethane)were studied. It was found that the absorption peak in 210-250 nm was sensitive to the polarity of the solvent, however the other absorption peak at 275 nm remained basically stable when the concentration or the polarity of the solvent was changed. The absorption at 275 nm is reasonably considered as a characteristic peak of HPM in the ultraviolet quantitative analysis. The other absorption peak in 210-250 nm which is sensitive to the solvent and concentration can be taken to study the interactions between HPM and other molecules.
