The Significant Reform of Criminal Evidence System and Its Extension

《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法修正案(草案)》对刑事证据制度进行了重大修订。在充分肯定本次修订的成果和意义的同时,有必要从运用证据的基本原则、证据种类、证明责任、证明标准、非法证据排除规则和证人制度等方面进行全面深入的讨论,使之更臻完善。

Criminal evidence system has been substantially revised by the Amendment to the Criminal Procedure Law of the People＇s Republic of China （Draft）.At the time of affirming the achievement and significance of this revision,it is also necessary to discuss this revision comprehensively and deeply from the following aspects such as its basic principles,categories of evidence,burden of proof,standard of proof,the rule of exclusion of evidence illegally obtained,witness system,etc.,making it increasingly improved.
