Construction of Infectious Disease Knowledge Base

面向传染病领域的知识库构建需要解决在这一特定条件内体系标准的研究与确立、建模方法的选取以及建立过程中的组织管理方法等问题。在参考学习国内外相关技术和标准的基础上,提出结合UMLS和OBO特点进行体系确立,采用面向本体的知识组织方法构建传染病知识库,阐述传染病本体的建模方法,提出一套知识库构建的方法。

The paper focuses on providing solutions to a balanced way to structure knowledge base for infectious disease domain. The system norm, methodology of mode, and organization approaches are the main part of the paper. Based on lesson learned from developed technology and norm it provides a thought with sound experiences of UMLS and OBO, that the knowledge base should apply ontology - based knowledge organization. It then depictes approaches to the mode construction, and gradually generates a set of methodology in structuring knowledge base.
