高频喷射通气在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 纤维支气管镜检查已广泛应用于临床,是肺部疾病检查、诊断、治疗必不可少的工具。常规纤维支气管镜检查在局麻下完成,部分患者对检查存有恐惧,而怕痛苦甚至造成精神创伤。检查的不良刺激及心血管反应,能诱发心脑血管意外,可能给患者带来危害。在麻醉下行无痛检查不仅可解除患者的痛苦,而且可为术者提供良好的操作条件,减少并发症的发生。全麻无痛的纤维支气管镜检查实施过程中如何避免患者剧烈咳嗽,又保证呼吸道通畅,防止缺氧,是麻醉科医师面临的难题。本研究采用高频喷射通气作为术中供氧方法,为无痛纤维支气管镜检查术寻找安全、有效的麻醉方法。
