摘要
电动钉枪性能试验台由5部分组成,其中加载机构是其关键机构。文章通过分析试验台加载机构工作原理,用ADAMS仿真软件建立了加载机构虚拟样机模型,通过对样机模型的仿真,来验证加载机构能否满足其设计要求。然后,用参数化分析的方法,分析了加载机构动力学特性,最终得到加载弹簧预紧力和样本钉枪植入力之间的关系。
Electric nail gun's performance test-bed consists of five parts and loading mechanism is the key mechanism. By analyzing working principle of test-bed loading mechanism, virtual prototype model of loading mechanism was established by simulation software ADAMS. Through simulation of the prototype model to certify if the design can meet the requirements of the loading mechanism. Then, using the loading mechanism was obtained. Finally, the relationship of the sample nail was obtained.
