摘要
文章采用状态方程法建立较全面的液压进口节流调速系统数学模型,并在MATLAB的Simulink中对方程组进行仿真。分析了系统参数如节流阀开口度、油液体积弹性模量等值的改变对节流调速系统动态特性的影响,并提出改善系统动态特性的措施,为液压系统的设计、液压元件主要参数的选择提供更为准确的科学依据。
This paper adopted state equation method to establish a comprehensive mathematical model of the hydraulic inlet throttling speed control system, and simulated the equation-group in the Simulink of MATLAB ; analyzed the variation of the system parameters such as throttle opening degree, oil bulk elastic modulus etc. to influence the dynamic characteristics of throttle speed control system; proposed measures to improve the system dynamic characteristics, thus provided more accurate scientific basis for the design of hydraulic system and the selection of the main parameters of hydraulic components.
