摘要
文章介绍了一种通过使用光电传感器来对金属丝杨氏模量测量的新方法。该测量的关键在于对金属丝的微小长度变化量的精确测量。首先由光电传感器将位移变化转换为电流量的变化,电信号经过I-V转换、放大及模数转化后,最后送入单片机进行数据处理,同时通过键盘来实现人机对话,并在显示器上显示出结果,实现杨氏模量测量的智能化。
This paper introduces a new method using photoelectric sensor to measure the Young's modulus of wire. The key of the measurement is to measure the small change of the wire length accurately. First, it converts the displacement change into the change of current by using photoelectric sensor, and after being I-V converted, amplified, and analog-to-digital converted the electric signal is sent into the microcontroller to be processed. At the same time, by the keyboard human-computer dialogue is realized, and the results are displayed on the monitor to realize intelligent measurement of the Young's modulus of wire.
