鼻炎康片指纹图谱研究

HPLC fingerprint of Biyankang Tablet

目的建立鼻炎康片(广藿香、苍耳子、鹅不食草、野菊花、黄芩、麻黄、当归、猪胆粉、马来酸氯苯那敏)中黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱。方法以Zorbax SB-Aq C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长320 nm,体积流量1 mL/min,柱温35℃。结果以黄芩苷峰为参照峰,确定了19个共有峰,并分别进行了归属研究;对药材、中间体、制剂的指纹图谱进行相关性研究,结果表明三者间有较好的相关性;对27批样品进行了指纹图谱检查,结果表明不同批次样品间有较好的相似度。结论建立的指纹图谱能较全面客观地反映鼻炎康片中主要有效成分,可对鼻炎康片进行较全面的质量控制。

AIM To establish an HPLC fingerprint analysis as the quality control of Biyankang Tablet（Pogostemonis Herba,Xanthii Fructus,Centipedae Herba,Chrysanthemi Indici Flos,Scutellariae Radix,Ephedrae Herba,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Suis Fellis Pulvis,chlorphenamine maleate）.METHODS The chromatographic fingerprints were developed by measuring the flavones in Biyankang Tablet on Zorbax SB-Aq C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） with the gradient elution solvent system of acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric.The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃.RESULTS Calculated as scutellarin content,nineteen co-possessing peaks were confirmed and assorted.The relativities of the medicinal materials,intermediate and product were analyzed.Twenty-seven batches of Biyankang Tablet had no obvious difference based on the results of similarity analyses.CONCLUSION The method is reliable and can be used for the quality control of Biyankang Tablet.
