摘要
目的研究功劳木中脑苷脂类成分。方法 70%乙醇提取物经硅胶干柱色谱分成8份,第2~5份经硅胶柱色谱、大孔吸附树脂、ODS等技术分离纯化得到3个脑苷脂类成分,利用波谱数据和理化性质鉴定了它们的化学结构。结果分离纯化并鉴定了3个脑苷脂类化合物,分别为1-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(2S,3S,4R,5E,9Z)-2-N-(2'-羟基二十四碳酰氨基)-1,3,4-三羟基-十八碳-5,9-二烯(1),大豆脑苷Ⅰ(2),大豆脑苷Ⅱ(3)。结论化合物1~3皆为首次从该属植物和小檗科植物中分离得到。
AIM To study cerebrosides from the stem of Mahonia bealei(Fort.) Carr..METHODS The extracts by 70% EtOH were separated by dry column chromatography over silica gel into eight portions.Portions 2-5 were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel,HPD 100 and ODS to get three cerebrosides.Each cerebroside was characterized by spectroscopic and physical data.RESULTS Three compounds were isolated and identified as 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R,5E,9Z)-2-N-(2′-hydroxytetracosanoyl)-1,3,4-trihydroxy-5,9-octadienine(1),soyacere broside Ι(2),soyacerebroside Ⅱ(3).CONCLUSION The compounds are all obtained from the genus Mahonia and Berberidaceae family for the first time.
