冠状动脉血流储备分数对经皮冠脉介入策略的指导作用

摘要
随着经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)在临床上的广泛应用,冠状动脉造影(CAG)越来越多地用于诊断冠脉病变和指导治疗,造影所示的冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度是决定是否进行血运重建的主要标准。然而,CAG通常只能用来评价冠状动脉是否有狭窄及狭窄程度,对于该狭窄是否影响到或者影响到多少血管储备功能,却没有具体数据指导,这使得CAG不能很好地解决血管中等程度狭窄是否需要植入支架,以及对于一条有多处轻中度狭窄的血管是否需要每处都植入支架等问题。因此,冠状动脉病变的功能性评价越来越受到人们的重视。
