微创锁定接骨板治疗胫骨远端骨折32例 被引量:2

摘要 胫骨远端骨折在临床上十分常见,因创伤机制及生理解剖部位的特殊性,应用传统的开放复位内固定治疗.出现了许多难以处理的并发症。笔者自2008年3月至2010年10月,采用微创切开锁定接骨板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折32例,取得良好的治疗效果,现报告如下。
