潮阳草鸡胚胎成纤维细胞的体外培养

In Vitro Culture of Fibroblast in Embryo of Chaoyang Prairie Chicken

以潮汕地区地方优质鸡种——潮阳草鸡胚胎组织为材料,采用组织块贴壁培养法进行了成纤维细胞的体外的原代培养和传代培养。结果表明,实验在体外成功培养了成纤维细胞,并进行了传代和冷冻保存,复苏后细胞的存活率仍达到90%以上,为潮阳草鸡的育种在细胞学方面提供了一定的科学依据。

Taking embryos of Chaoyang prairie chicken as materials to conduct in vitro primary culture and subculture of fibroblast by tissue block direct adherent culture method. The results indicated that the fibrohlast was successfully cultured in vitro, and succeeded in passage and freezing preservation; the survival rate of resurrecting cell reached over 90%. The research provided certain scientific basis for breeding Chaoyang prairie chicken in aspect of cytology.
