暹罗斗鱼胚胎发育的观察

Observation on the Embryonic Development of Betta splendens Regan

观察并详细记录了暹罗斗鱼胚胎发育的过程,结果显示:暹罗斗鱼的受精卵为圆形,不透明的乳白色,沉性卵,平均卵径1.116 mm,在水温25.2℃～27.0℃下,受精卵后36 h 54 min孵出仔鱼。依据各发育阶段的形态变化,将其胚胎发育划分为卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚期、神经胚期、器官形成期、心跳期和孵化期7个阶段。

The morphological characteristics of Betta splendens Regan in different embryonic development phases were observed and recorded in detail. The results showed the oosperm of Betta splendens Regan was round, opaque white and sinking, the average diameter of egg was 1.116 mm. When water temperature was 25.2-27.0℃, larvae were hatched out from oosperm in 36 h 54 min. According to the external morphological features in each growth period, seven stages of embryo development of Betta splendens were divided into, which were cleavage period, blastula period, gastrnla period, neurula period, organogenesis period, heart-beating period and hatching period.
