Suggestions for Building a Realization Mechanism for Vocational Education Based on Construction of New Countryside

新农村建设对农村职业教育提出了新的要求。文章对职业教育在新农村建设中的地位做了详细阐述,指出现阶段农村职业教育存在着体制不完善,制度不健全等问题,将阻碍我国农民素质的进一步提高。因此,亟需建立职业教育发展的实现机制。并针对我国职业教育的现状提出了建立新的管理体制、健全的监督评估体制、完整的农村职业教育体系等建议。

Construction of new countryside requires new demands for rural vocational education. The role that vocational education played in construction of new countryside was elaborated. According to the status quo of rural vocational education in China, the existing problems were proposed, such as at resent, the imperfect system of rural vocational education will hinder the furlher enhancement of farmers＂ quality. Therefore, the realization mechanism for vocational education urgently needs to be constructed. In the end, some suggestions were proposed based on status quo of rural vocational education, which included establishing new management mechanism, perfect supervision and evaluation mechanism, and complete rural vocational education system, etc..
