摘要 针对温室大棚温湿度人工控制过程复杂、准确度低的问题,设计了一种用于农业生产的大棚智能温湿度控制系统。鉴于农村的经济条件和科技水平,本着务实、够用、操作简单的原则进行了系统的详细设计。硬件设计中创造性地采用了双层看门狗电路实现系统的故障自修复,保障控制系统长时间稳定运行;软件设计中采用PID控制算法将系统误差控制在2%以内。实际应用表明,该系统结构简单,可靠性高,扩展性强,有助于降低农民劳动量和提高作物产量。 According to the problem that manual controlling process of temperature and humidity for greenhouse is complicated and low accuracy, an intelligent temperature and humidity control system for greenhouse used in agricultural production was designed. In view of the rural economic conditions and technological level, the system's detailed design is completely based on the principles of being pragmatic, good enough and simple operation. In hardware design, the system achieves its fault self-repair by innovatively using of double-watchdog circuit, protecting control system for a long time stable operation; in software design it uses PID control algorithm to control the system error less than 2%. Practical application has shown that the system is simple, high reliability, scalability, and helpful to reduce farmers labor and increase crop yields.
