农村人口应对气候变化行动参与意愿影响因素研究——基于苏、鲁、皖的调查

Factors Influencing Rural Population's Desire for Participation in Dealing with the Climate Change: Based on Surveys from Jiangsu、Shandong and Anhui

文章利用江苏、山东和安徽省30个县的调查数据,描述了农村人口应对气候变化行动的意愿分布,分析了其参与应对气候变化行动意愿的影响因素。实证结果表明,气候变化对农业收入及农民生活的影响程度、性别、气候变化的了解和关注程度、国内外气候变化行动了解程度、国际节能减排期待、国内政府实施和促进农业清洁生产的期待对农村人口应对气候变化行动意愿有显著影响。建议政府因势利导,帮助农村人口适应气候变化,促进农业生产。

This paper intends to explore the factors that influence rural population's desire for taking action against the climate change.Using 5561 farmers' qualified questionnaire data from thirty counties of Jiangsu,Shangdong and Anhui,the distribution of such desire is characterized,and the influencing factors are studied.The study finds that for rural population some factors remarkably affect the desire for participation in dealing with the climate change.They are namely the degree of the climate change's affecting farmers' incomes and life,gender,the depth of understanding and concerning the issue,awareness of both domestic and overseas actions against the climate change,worldwide expectancy of energy saving and emission reducing as well as implementing and promoting clean agricultural technology by the government.The government shall promote the desire for taking action against the climate change among the rural population so that they become well adapted to those procedures against the climate change.
