多节段颈椎退变性疾病手术方式的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 多节段颈椎退变性疾病是指包括三个或三个节段以上、连续或不连续节段的颈椎病、发育性椎管狭窄症以及后纵韧带骨化症等疾病。流行病学调查显示,后两种疾病在东亚人群中的发病率明显偏高,而随着社会人口老龄化,其发病率还有可能进一步升高。在临床实践中这三种疾病常混杂在一起,难以完全区分开。
