根据国内外行业、电网公司相关技术标准、规范,提出了变电设备动态增容方案制订的通用要求,明确了设备状态评价、设备增容限值确定、变电回路增容限额确定、技术保障措施与方案评价等主要内容。
The technical principles of dynamic capacity-enhancement for substation equipments are proposed according to domestic and international standards. The main concepts and issues involved in capacity-enhancement schemes are clarified, which include condition assessment, capacity-enhancement limit, capacity-enhancement rating for substation circuits, technical protection measures and schemes evaluation.
