大规模风电接入对华东电网CPS频率考核指标的影响 被引量:3

Impact of Large-Scale Wind Power Integration on CPS Frequency Evaluation Indexes for East China Power Grid

摘要 介绍了华东电网CPS考核指标的基本情况及计算方法。指出风电波动对CPS的影响,风电属于间歇式能源,其出力随着风力的变化而变化,针对风电功率波动这一影响因素,对ACE计算公式进行了修正。举例说明2020年江苏全省风电装机容量将达到1 GW,消纳大量风电带来利益的同时,需要承担相关责任的矛盾也将更加明显,应提前做好合理安排,给出了相应的建议。 This paper firstly introduces CPS Evaluation Indexes and calculation method for East China Power Grid. Then the impact of wind power fluctuations on CPS is pointed out. As a kind of intermittent energy, wind power varies in output subject to the changing force of wind. Therefore considering the wind power output deviation, the ACE calculation formula is amended. Jiangsu Power Grid is illustrated as a case study. By 2020, when the installed wind power capacity in Jiangsu province reaches 10 million kW, enormous wind power consumplion will have brought great benefits, but meanwhile the contradictions of assuming greater responsibilities will be more apparent, we should make reasonable arrangement in advance. Finally some corresponding suggestions are proposed.
