LabVIEW在火电厂热经济计算中的应用

摘要 以热经济状态方程为基础,结合汽水分布方程、汽轮机输出内部功率方程、锅炉工质吸热量方程,利用矩阵分析的思想,采用LabVIEW软件,开发了火电机组经济性计算仿真软件。该软件充分考虑到了加热器的不同类型、减温水、辅助汽流、辅助水流的不同来源,能够计算不同容量、不同热力系统结构的火电机组热经济性指标。以300 MW火电机组的某一典型工况下的热平衡图为例计算,结果表明该软件较好地实现了火电机组热经济性分析系统的准确性、交互性以及通用性,为火力发电机组的安全、经济运行及节能减排提供了依据。 Under the guidance of matrix analysis, the LabVIEW-based simulation software for thermal power unit economic efficiency calculation has been developed on the basis of the thermal economic state equation, as well as the steam-water distribution equation, steam turbine output internal power equation, boiler medium heat equation. This software takes various factors into account, including different types of heaters, different sources of desuperheater waters, auxiliary steam flows and auxiliary water flows, and it can calculate economic efficiency indices of different capacities and thermodynamic system structures in power plant. A 300MW unit is calculated according to its heat balnce diagram in a typical operating condition and the results indicate that this proposed software can realize the accuracy, interaction, and universalness of the power unit economic efficiency analysis system, and provide a reference for economic operation, economic analysis, fault diagnosis, and energy saving in thermal power plant.
