摘要
通过对大型城市生活垃圾焚烧炉的燃尽风进行优化布置,研究了燃尽风喷嘴采用不同的排布方式、喷嘴角度及两级燃尽风量比对炉膛内烟气组织、湍流度、烟气路径长度和烟气停留时间的影响。研究表明,当燃尽风喷嘴采用双旋式排布方式、喷嘴角度取为α1=40°和α2=35°、两级燃尽风风量比为2.5∶1时,能够进行合理的烟气组织,同时保证炉膛内的湍流度、烟气路径长度和烟气停留时间的综合最佳。
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology is used for optimal layout of over fire air (OFA) of largescale municipal solid waste incinerator. The impact of different arrangements, spray angles of OFA nozzles and air ratios of two OFA layers on flue gas organization, turbulence, flue gas path length and residence time have been studied. The simulation result shows that when dual-rotating arrangement of OFA is adopt, spray angles are α = 40° and α2 = 35°, and air ratio of two layers is 2.5: 1, it is conducive to flue gas organization, and to ensure the complex optimization of turbulence, flue gas path length and residence time.
