摘要
排烟热量损失是锅炉效率损失中最大的一项,国内大量电站锅炉由于设计、运行方面的原因存在排烟温度高的问题。就某厂二期工程锅炉排烟温度高的问题展开分析,并通过增加省煤器面积以及对空预器转向进行改造的方案,成功地使锅炉排烟温度下降近14℃,取得了较好的节能效果,为同类锅炉的改造提供了可借鉴的经验。
Heat loss of flue gas has long been the greatest efficiency loss of boiler units, and due to design and operation problems in the large-scale boiler high-temperature flue gas is commonly existed. This paper analyzes the hightemperature flue gas problem in the 2^nd phase of a power plant and promotes an adjustment mode to expand heat surface of economizer and change the shape of the air preheater, which has succeeded in reducing 14℃ of the temperature of the boiler flue gas, thus achieves a good efficiency result and provides feasible experience for the adjustments of the boilers with the similar problems.
