摘要
精确并稳定地控制再热汽温对最大限度地提高蒸汽循环效率非常重要。设计了超临界再热汽温所采用的烟气挡板的结构及控制特性,并在此基础上进行3个负荷带变动试验和升负荷试验。试验数据及曲线表明,超临界机组再热汽温控制系统采用烟气挡板控制的方法满足品质指标要求。
Controlling the reheat steam temperature accurately and stably is important to maximize the steam cycle efficiency, thus gas baffle structure is designed based on the controlling characteristics of the supercritical reheat steam temperature, and three load changes test and rise load test are made accordingly. Test data and curves show that the supercritical unit reheat steam temperature control system with the gas baffle control methods can meet the requirements of quality indicators.
