润滑油抗冲击能力测试方法研究

摘要 为选择在偏心载荷下具有较好油膜刚度的润滑油,提出一种偏心载荷下轴承润滑油膜耐冲击能力的测试方法。该方法以油膜刚度作为评定参数区分偏心载荷下轴承润滑油油品的耐冲击性质。通过自主搭建的实验台进行实验验证,结合分析润滑剂的配方以及测试出的轴承振幅,证明该测试装置与方法能有效区分选择出轴承在偏心载荷下具有较好油膜刚度的润滑油品。 A test method to identify the oil' s anti-shocking ability under eccentric rotary inertia was put forward to screen the oils with better oil film stiffness under eccentric shocking loads, which evaluates the anti-shocking ability of oils under eccentric shocking loads with the oil film stiffness as the evaluation parameter. The experiments were performed on a self-designed setup with a eccentric rotary mass. Combining the chemistry analysis of the oils and the measured vibration amplitude, the results are in good agreement, proving that the proposed method can work well to screen oils under eccentric shocking loads.
