摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,新兴技术大量涌现,技术的发展呈现出学科内纵向深入,学科间交叉融合的新特点与新趋势。因此,如何及时把握新兴技术的动态,寻找发展路径,已成为当前科学研究的热点问题之一。基于科学学理论和传统技术评估与预测研究,总结提出了"科学技术可视化"概念,从"科学技术可视化"研究的必要性出发,综合评述了当前国内外"科学技术可视化"的发展状况,并构建了一套适用于"科学技术可视化"图谱的分类体系与辅助决策框架,为科技决策中"科学技术可视化"方法的应用提供了依据。同时,还总结了当前"科学技术可视化"研究中具有代表意义的经典图谱,并总结出了一套"图法"与"图空间"概念,为如何绘制"科学技术可视化"图谱提供了参考。
With the development of Science & Technology, emerging technologies are becoming booming, with the new feature of interdisciplinary. Therefore, how to grasp the dynamic state of emerging technologies, find out its de- velopment trend, has become a hot topic. Based on both Science of Science and Technology Assessment, this pa- per proposes a new concept Science & Technology Visualization (STV), constructs a classification system for Graph of STV and a decision support framework for Science & Technology Management. the classic Graph of STV, and proposes theories of Graph Grammar (GG) and Graph Moreover, this paper introduces Space (GS).
