摘要
在国家高新区强弱水平空间非均衡的背景下,从国际创汇能力、创新能力、社会贡献能力和支撑能力四个维度设定了评价指标体系,采用突变级数法构建了国家高新区竞争力空间分异评价模型,并对56个国家高新区进行了实证分析,研究结果表明:国家高新区已进入六层异化"橄榄式"非均衡发展阶段,整体呈现出东部→西部的空间强弱异化和高新集群带的区域联动集聚两大空间分异特征,并在此基础上提出了国家高新区空间均衡发展的建议。
Under the background of national hi-tech zones strength level spatial unbalanced development, this pa- per sets the evaluation index system from four dimensions of international foreign exchange earning capability, innova- tion capability, social contributive capability and supporting capability. This paper constructs the competitiveness spa- tial differentiation evaluation model of national hi-tech zones by catastrophe progression method, and empirically anal- yses 56 national hi-tech zones. Conclusion indicates that national hi-tech zones have developed into the disequilibri- um development stage of six layers alienation in "olive shape" and appears two spatial differentiation features of spa- tial strength differentiation in east-west and regional linked agglomeration of hi-tech clustered region. Based this, this paper gives some advices on spatial balanced development of national hi-tech zones
