胆管瘢痕狭窄治疗棘手且预后极差。因此,对胆管瘢痕狭窄形成机制和防治方法的深入研究具有重要的意义。文章主要就良性胆管狭窄的治疗等做一综述。

Summary：Benign biliary stricture is very difficult to treat and its prognosis is poor. It is, therefore, very important to conduct in-depth investigation into the mechanisms related to biliary tract stricture. This article reviews the current technical advances concerning prevention and treatment of benign biliary stricture.
