中枢神经系统的细菌性感染、结核感染以及真菌感染需要抗菌药物治疗。中枢神经系统感染治疗的原则是必须根据当地的病原流行和分离情况,选用脑膜通透性好、抗菌谱广的药物。文章就感染性中枢神经系统感染,特别是细菌性、结核性和真菌性感染中抗菌药物的应用进展作一介绍。

Summary：The central nervous system （CNS） may be infected by a variety of agents, some of which need prompt antimicrobial treatment in time,including bacteria, Mycobacteria tuberculosis, and fungi. The choices of a tibiotics has to be made in consideration of the prevailing pathogens in the locality and demand rapid administration of the antimicrobial drugs with good CNS penetration and broad - spectrum coverage of common pathogens. This article describes the most common pathogens of CNS infections in China and the most current approach to antimicrobial treatment.
