摘要
我国香港地区移动政务建设走在世界前列,为国内其他城市发展移动政务提供了有益的经验借鉴。从服务内容、技术基础、服务流程三方面分别研究香港移动政务中"Govhk香港政府一站通"和"香港政府Wi-fi通"两种典型服务模式,并比较上述两种移动政务模式的特征,最后研究了香港移动政务模式对国内其他城市移动政务建设的启示。
The mobile government affairs construction in the Hong Kong area is at the forefront of the world, and has provided beneficial experiences for the other cities in China in developing mobile government affairs. Two representative service models of mobile government affairs in the Hong Kong area, that is, ＂one stop service of Govhk＂ and ＂Hong Kong Wi-Fi＂, are studied separately from the perspective of service content, technical basis and service process. The characteristics of the above-mentioned two models of mobile government affairs are compared with each other. Finally, some inspirations from the models of mobile government affairs in the Hong Kong area are derived for the other cities in China to learn in developing their mobile government affairs.
