An Innovative Study of the Principles of Ideological and Political Education for College Students in the New Period

思想政治教育原则是思想政治教育活动必须遵循的基本准则,是在实践中形成和发展起来的,因而它也必然随实践活动的变化而发展变化。大学生思想政治教育原则为大学生思想政治教育内容、形式、方法等确立了发展、创新的基本准则,在大学生思想政治教育实践活动中具有十分重要的地位和作用。原则创新不是简单的标新立异,也不是脱离实际的凭空臆造,而是要从实际出发,实事求是,努力体现时代性,把握规律性,富于创造性。在新的历史条件下,应着重从"理论创新、切合实际、开放多样、注重实效"四个方面创新大学生思想政治教育原则。

The principles of ideological and political education come into being and develop in practice,and they are the basic norms that all kinds of activities of ideological and political education must abide by.Due to the fact that the principles of ideological and political education come into being and develop in the long period of practices,these principles must change with the exact practical activities.As a matter of fact,the principles of ideological and political education for college students play very important roles in the relevant practical activities.They lay the foundation of establishing the contents,the forms and the methods of the ideological and political education for college students.The innovation of these principles is not just made to attract attention for novelty,nor fabricated without practice;on the contrary,the innovation must start with practice,seek truth from facts,strive to reflect modernity,grasp regularity and abound with creativity.In the new historical period,the following four aspects should be emphasized for the innovation of the principles of ideological and political education for college students： theoretical innovation;according with actual circumstances;opening and multiplicity and paying attention to substantial results.
