消费群组(GPO)的理论研究及对团购行为的规制分析——基于委托代理关系与声誉理论的视角 被引量:4

摘要 本文将团购行为纳入非线性定价的经济学范畴,通过综述前沿文献对消费群组(GPO)的理论研究,运用委托-代理模型及动态博弈中声誉效应,从经济动机上解释了第三方GPO可能出现的问题,并以此为依据,指出建立和规范GPO信息分类共享平台是解决上述问题的可行方法,可以通过交易多方的理性选择达到共赢,从而保护消费者利益,实现规制意图。
