摘要
本文介绍了孤东1~#联合站处理重质原油的设计经验,特别是设计了“两段脱水”、“双塔稳定”的工艺流程,成功地解决了密闭处理含砂重质原油的难题,使站内储罐的油气损耗率降为0.1625%,同时还采用了复合式电脱水装置、微正压燃烧的高负荷水套加热炉,微机自动监控系统等新技术,收到较好的经济效益。
This artical introduces the design experience of heavy oil treatment in Gudong No.1 combination station,especially the process flow of the“2-stage dehydration”“double-tower stabilization”. They solves the problems of close treatment of sand-bearing heavy crude oil successfully and the oil-gas lose rate in the station decreased to 0.1625%.
