摘要
基于镐形截齿拉坏破岩模型,在考虑岩石性质的情况下推导出了镐形截齿合金头的理论长度和最佳截槽间距的表达式,并推导出了考虑破岩摩擦力情况下的镐形截齿破岩截割阻力的表达式,经计算与相关研究结果基本一致,且计算精度有所提高,分析表明摩擦力对截割阻力有一定的影响。这些对镐形截齿和采掘机械工作机构的设计选型具有理论指导意义。
Base on the tensile failure and rock breaking model of conical pick,in consideration of the rock properties,the theoretical length of the conical pick alloy head and the expression of the optimum web space were derived.The expression of the rock breaking and cutting resistance with the conical pick was derived in consideration of the rock breaking frictional force.The calculation results and the related study results would be the same basically.The calculation accuracy was improved.The analysis showed that the fractional force would have certain influences to the cutting resistance.All those would have theoretical guidance significances to the design and selection of the conical pick and the working mechanism of the mining and excavation machinery.
