大学生贫困资本化问题分析

Analysis of Capitalization of Students′ Poverty

近年来我国在加大对贫困大学生助困工作力度的同时,出现了大学生贫困资本化问题,该问题的出现导致大学生价值观扭曲,抑制了国家财政投资的社会效益,违背了公平公正原则和国家资助政策的宗旨。因此,高校应通过加强大学生思想政治教育提高大学生的社会责任感,建立健全贫困认定体系以及改革贫困资助形式,以解决大学生贫困资本化问题。

In recent years,China has increased efforts to help poor university students.But another problem has appeared,that is,students take the poverty as a capital to exact assistance.The problem is distorting students′ values and is inhibiting the state′s financial investment in social benefits,which is contrary to the principles of fairness and justice and the purpose of state-funded policy.To solve the problem of capitalization of students′ poverty,some suggestions,including by strengthening ideological and political education to improve students′ social responsibility,establishing and improving the system of poor identifying,reforming the form of helping college poor students,are discussed in the article.
