摘要
采用注水开发中低渗透油层时,一个关键问题是如何将水质处理达标,以防止注入水中的杂质堵塞低渗透油层,这就需对注入水进行深度处理。本文主要介绍了胜利油田试验研究出的几种油田注入水深度处理工艺流程:沉降-砂滤流程,KQL-60I 型装置过滤流程,双滤料过滤-滤芯精滤流程,美国 Bakers 精滤流程。同时简要介绍了 KQL-60I 型过滤器、双滤料过滤器、滤芯过滤器、微孔过滤器、硅藻土棒和中空纤维过滤器的结构及性能。最后,对开发油田注入水的深度处理技术提出了几点建议。
