班级规模:一种不容忽视的课堂环境因素 被引量:3

摘要 班级规模作为一种不容忽视的课堂环境因素,对课堂物理环境、社会环境与心理环境产生着重大影响。其中对课堂物理环境的影响最直接、也最容易觉察。对课堂社会环境的影响居于过渡环节与中间层面,起着中介转化作用。而对课堂心理环境的影响则是最核心、最隐蔽,也是最容易忽略的层面。尽管如此,课堂环境作为一个完整的生态系统,班级规模对它的影响也应该是全面而整合的,忽略或偏重任何一个方面都是有害的。
