代谢综合征(MS)是以胰岛素抵抗为中心的多种代谢紊乱症侯群,临床以腹型肥胖为主要表现,伴发高血压及糖脂代谢紊乱,辨证多属脾虚湿困、痰浊内生,陆曙教授不拘常方,以五苓散加减治疗MS,取得了良好的效果。

Metabolism syndrome（MS） is a multi-metabolic syndrome with insulin resistance as its central feature.Clinically,the main manifestation is abdominal obesity accompanied with hypertension and glucose and lipid metabolic disturbance.The syndrome usually belongs to dampness retention due to spleen deficiency and phlegm.Prof.Lu Shu used modified Wu Ling powder to treat MS,and achieved good effect.
