平衡针结合体针治疗神经根型颈椎病40例

Balance Acupuncture Combined with Body Acupuncture for the Treatment of 40 Cases of Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy

目的传统针灸结合平衡针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察。方法把40例神经根型颈椎病患者采用大椎、天宗、风池、大柕、隔俞、阳陵泉、外关、C3～C6棘突旁压痛点,结合平衡针灸中的颈痛穴(BP-UE9)进行针刺治疗后,比较用平衡针结合头针治疗后不同年龄阶段的疗效及不同病程所取得的临床疗效。结果传统针灸结合平衡针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病有效率为90%以上。结论传统针灸结合平衡针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的病程越短,疗效越好,年龄越小,疗效越好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional acupuncture combined with balance acupuncture for the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 40 patients with cervicalsponylotic radiculopathy were needled on Dazhui（DU14）,Tiananzong（SI11）,Fengchi（GB 20）,Dazhu（BL11）,Geshu（BL 17）,Yanglingquan（GB34）,Waiguan（SJ 5）,cervical 3-6 spinous process tender point,and BP-UE9 in balance acupuncture.The clinical effects of balance acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture in different ages and at different courses of disease were compared.Results The effective rate of traditional acupuncture combined with balance acupuncture for the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy was over 90%.Conclusion Traditional acupuncture combined with balance acupuncture has better effects if the course is shorter and the age is younger in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
