对当前陕西乡村社会伦理变迁的思考

Thinking of the social ethics change in current Shaanxi rural area

改革开放以来,陕西传统的乡村社会伦理受到冲击和挑战,乡村伦理关系和道德生活出现了新的变化。通过对陕西乡村伦理生活的信仰基础和现实图景进行描述,揭示了诸如个体伦理的价值迷失、内生性伦理的异化、环境伦理的缺失和乡村恶道德的畸形生长等乡村伦理问题,指出陕西乡村伦理走出困境的几个亟需注意的对策,即重构乡村社会伦理的道德空间,继承传统伦理道德的合理内核,建立伦理道德赏罚机制,强化乡村社会公共服务等。乡村社会伦理的重新构建将不仅有助于中国特色社会主义伦理的健康发展,而且也极大地推进社会主义新农村建设。

Since the reform and opening,the traditional rural social ethics of Shaanxi is facing impacts and challenges.There are some new changes in the rural ethical relation and moral lives.Through the investigation of the rural ethics change in Shaanxi,the essay revealed the main aspects of the rural ethics problem in Shaanxi,such as the value lost of individual ethics,the dissimilation of endogenous ethics,the absence of environmental ethics and the abnormal growth of rural evil moral,etc.Then some countermeasures that require an attention offered to help the Shaanxi rural ethics to get out of the problems are proposed,i.e.to reconstruct the moral space of the rural social ethics,to carry on the reasonable core of the traditional ethics and moral,to establish reward mechanism of ethics and moral,to strengthen the rural social public services,and etc.The reconstruction of rural social ethics will not only help the health development of the socialism ethics with Chinese characteristics but also greatly promote the construction of new socialist rural area.
