摘要
学生的学习存在着认知方式的差异,任何一种单一化的教学模式都无法满足学生的需求,因此会造成课堂气氛沉闷、学生积极性不高等现象。只有多维角度地分析教与学双方认知特点,了解学生不同的学习方式,总结多样化的教学模式,才能提高整体的教学效果,实现大学英语教学的目标。本文将探讨学习方式的相关理念及其在教学活动中的重要作用,并从教与学两方面提出改进传统大学英语教学的途径和方法,以调动学生的积极性,提高整体教学质量。
The monotonous teaching patterns cannot meet students' requirements due to the different cognitive styles in the process of their learning,which brings about the depressing atmosphere and inactivity.To achieve the goal of College English Teaching,instructors are supposed to analyze the dual-sided characteristics of leaning and teaching by multi-dimensional angles,learn about students' various learning styles and summarize the varied teaching patterns.The essay emphasizes the theory of learning styles,explores its significant effect on teaching and learning,and puts forward the appropriate methods to improve College English Teaching.
