创新高职德育模式的思考

Discussion on Innovative Higher Vocational Moral Mode

高职教育的发展,对高职德育工作的模式提出了新的要求。高职教育重技能、轻德育的现状明显,现有的德育模式无法适应教育现代化的需要。创新高职德育的模式需要确立大德育的观念、构建校企合作德育模式、开辟网络德育空间、构建综合性的德育体制、营造具有高职特色的校园环境、健全德育工作的评价机制。

With the development of vocational education, new requirements on the moral education model in higher vocational colleges are put forward. Vocational education emphasizes on skills rather than moral education,so the existing models of moral education can not adapt to the needs of modern education.Innovating higher vocational education mode needs to establish the moral idea, build school-enterprise cooperation moral model , open up the network space,construct a comprehensive moral system , create a vocational characteristics of the campus environment, and perfect a sound moral education evaluation mechanisms.
