摘要 本实验在模拟羊瘤胃内环境的条件下,采用瘤胃液体外发酵技术,在发酵底物中添加不同浓度的尿素,测定发酵液中原虫数量和微生物蛋白(MCP)的含量,旨在探索饲料添加尿素水平对瘤胃微生物的影响。结果显示:尿素浓度在0至3%范围时,MCP和原虫数量均表现出随尿素浓度增加而增加,2%和3%尿素浓度时,MCP和原虫量均较高,显著高于1%和对照组,说明此浓度可促进瘤胃微生物的增殖;但是,MCP和原虫数量在尿素浓度为4%和5%时均有显著下降,说明尿素浓度过高则对瘤胃微生物表现出了明显的毒害作用。 The aim of this study was to detect the effects of the concentration of urea added to feed on rumen microorganisms. Using rumen fluid fermentation technology in vitro, an experiment was conducted to determine the number of Protozoa and microbial protein (MCP) content in rumen fermentation fluid after adding different urea levels to feed as substrate under the similar sheep rumen envi- ronment condition. The results showed that the content of MCP and Protozoa was increased with the concentration of urea at the range of 0 -3%, and the content of MCP and protozoa showed much higher with 2% or 3% urea concentration than that of control group or 1% urea addition, which indicated that 2% or 3% urea concentration could promote the proliferation of rumen microorganisms. However, the amount of MCP and protozoa was significantly decreased when added urea concentration reached 4% or 5%, which indicated more urea density could show toxicity to rumen microorganisms.
