This paper mainly introduces the present situation of labor relationship management in Yehe sand and stone factory in Shache county. Through the investigation methods such as field observation, case interview, questionnaire, literature analysis and so on, we collect the relevant data to analyze the problems and defects of labor relationship management in this enterprise. We give narration from the concept, content, idea, and research methods of labor relationship management and the significance to optimize the of labor relationship management, analyze the causes, and propose optimization methods.
