摘要
运用熵值法、多元线性回归分析等分析方法,根据环渤海三省一市的海洋经济相关数据,具体考察各个地区海洋经济发展的产业结构水平及变动情况、经济效率、科技进步对海洋经济发展的贡献作用等内容,并依据分析结果对环境资源的利用与可持续发展提出对策建议。
By use of such analytical methods as entropy value and multivariate linear regression and based on the related data on the marine economy in the three provinces and one municipality around the Bahai Sea, this paper makes a specific investigation on the industrial structure level and variation of marine economic development in various regions, economic efficiency and the contribution of scientific and technological progress to the economic development and proposes on the basis of the analytical results the countermeasures and suggestions on the use and sustainable development of environment and resources.
