根据中华人民共和国国家标准《海洋及相关产业分类》和美国2009年最新发布的《美国国家海洋和海岸带经济报告2009》,从中美海洋经济内涵对比为切入,探讨了中美两国在海洋产业分类原则、分类方法、产业构成等方面的共性和差异,为开展中美两国海洋经济对比研究提供了参考和借鉴。

Based on the national standard of the People＇s Republic of China ＂Industrial Classification for Ocean Industries and Their Related Industries＂ and ＂State of the U.S. Ocean and Coastal Economies 2009＂ that the U.S. has newly issued, the article first contrasts the definitions of marine economy of China and U.S., discusses the commonness and difference in the principles, and method of classification and the composition of marine industry between China and U.S., and provides the reference for of marine economy the comparative study between China and U.S..
