Research advancement of relationship between miRNA and lung cancer

摘要 miRNA是一类内源性高度保守的非编码小RNA,长度约22nt,主要通过转录后机制调控靶基因的翻译或表达,在细胞的增殖、凋亡、肿瘤的发生发展等多种生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。随着我们对miRNA的认识不断增加,对其与肺癌关系的研究也不断深人,将为肺癌的诊断、治疗及预后等方面提供新线索。 miRNA is a class of endogenous, highly conservative, non coding small RNA, about 22 nucleotides,and it can regulate the translation or expression of target genes, miRNA plays an important role in many physiological and pathological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, tumor development and so on. As our recognization of miRNA constantly increases, the studies on the relationship between miRNA and lung cancer become more and more thorough. Thus it shows us a new clue in the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis of lung cancer.
