SYNERGISM OF STABILIZERS FOR PREVENTING FERRIC HYDROXIDE PRECIPITATION IN ACIDIZING FLUIDS

摘要 提出了评价酸液铁离子稳定剂性能的一种新方法,在此基础上对混合稳定剂的协同效应进行了研究,所得结果尚难以用络合或缓冲作用等热力学理论加以解释。 The point of precipitation of ferric hydroxide from aqueous solutions containing ferric compounds,hydrochloride,and stabilizers after introducing calcite grains is determined as the inflection in pH—time curves,thus a new method is suggested for evaluating the effect- iveness of stabilizers for ferric ions in acidizing fluids.The experimental results show that the mixture of citric or nitriloacetic with acetic acids gives synergism of stabilizers, that is,these acid mixtures can maintain more ferric ions in the test solutions than the two component acids alone do in summation.This synergistic effect can not be explained yet on the basis of thermodynamic concepts in terms of complexing or buffering.
